Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items returned outside this window will not be accepted.
Eligible Items
- ✓ Full-price items in original, unused condition
- ✓ Items with original tags and packaging intact
- ✗ Sale or discounted items — final sale, no returns
- ✗ Pre-order items — non-refundable unless faulty
- ✗ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Return
- Contact us — message us on WhatsApp or email orders@ibycloset.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item — we will provide the return address. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Inspection & refund — once received and inspected (2–3 business days), your refund will be initiated via the original payment method. Paystack refunds take 3–10 business days to reflect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, we sincerely apologise. Contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order. This ensures you secure the item before stock runs out.
