What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards and bank transfers via Paystack. All payments are secured and encrypted.

Can I pay on delivery?

We do not offer pay on delivery at this time. All orders must be paid in full before processing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp notification. You can also track it at ibycloset.com/track using your order number.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take within Lagos?

Lagos delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship outside Lagos?

Yes — we ship to all Nigerian states (3–5 business days) and internationally via DHL (7–14 business days). Fees are calculated at checkout.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes — select "Pick Up" at checkout. We will send the address and times via WhatsApp. No delivery fee.

How do iby_closet pieces fit?

Most pieces run true to size with a relaxed silhouette. Oversized drops are noted on the product page. Check our size guide for measurements.

A product I want is sold out. Will it come back?

Some pieces are limited runs. Join the waitlist and we will notify you if it restocks.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Sale items are final sale.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the item (2–3 days), Paystack processes the refund within 3–10 business days.
